What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
Both you and your pet will have a more pleasant and smooth experience at your first appointment when you know what you can expect from the process when you arrive.
Get Settled
We ask you to arrive about 10 minutes early so you can complete our New Patient Form. If you would like to save time, fill out the New Patient Form before your visit online.
Meet Your Veterinarian
One of our team members will go over the history of your pet and talk about any problems they may be having. Don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have because we'll designate time to answer them.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Following your pet's assessment, we'll give you a diagnosis for your pet's condition and provide you with treatment options. Your veterinarian will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your pet.
Once your visit is over, we will establish a detailed report of our diagnosis, the conversations we had with you, and your pet's treatment plan. This information will be kept on file for when you require it.
